Why won’t my withdraw address save in my settings?

In order for your withdraw address to permanently save, you must click on the confirmation email that is sent to you right after updating. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder. If you still have not received the confirmation link, please e-mail us at support@btcjam.com.


Are you not receiving the emails for withdraw address change?

We have discovered some issues with MSN and Hotmail accounts that we are currently working on. In the mean time you can add automated@e.btcjam.com to your email contacts list. Once you add this, try to change the withdraw address and you should see the confirmation email arrive in your inbox. If you have any other issues please do not hesitate to reach out at support@btcjam.com.


I don’t see my loan after submitting it.

If you have submitted a loan but don’t happen to see it on the marketplace, it is most likely under review. The loan review process is a final review of all loans before they are placed on the marketplace. We have enhanced this process so we are able to provide the highest quality of loans for investors. Before loans are posted to the marketplace, all loans are  reviewed by an Anti-Fraud Specialist. The review process takes approximately 24 hours during regular business days.


How do I raise my credit rating?

Your credit rating on BTCJam is determined by many variables. Most importantly, you can improve your score by having your identity, address, income and social accounts verified. Those factors, and your history on BTCJam will be the most influential factors to improve your rating. The amount of active loans and a few other financial aspects of your profile are also taken into account by the credit rating.


How can I reset my Two Factor Authentication (TFA)?

In order to make changes to Two Factor Authentication (TFA) on your account, please email support@btcjam.com with a photograph, taken today, of you holding an identity document along with your username. Please make sure the information on your identity document is clear enough to read in the photograph.
