Community Guidelines

BTCjam beyond providing a great platform for borrowers and investors, is a community of individuals. In many instance we will facilitate communication between users. Along with that freedom comes a need for mutual respect and consideration when using the platform to communicate. Primarily communication will go on via comments on the loan listings. We encourage this open dialogue. Particularly if investors are interested in obtaining more information from borrowers. This communication can be maintained throughout the duration of the loan term.

Given this open dialogue, we require that users behave respectfully and cordially to other users while taking advantage of these communication features. Inappropriate comments will be removed and the responsible users may be terminated.

As a result of misuse, users may find themselves blocked, or have their comments delayed. The downside to having your comments delayed is that you will not have instant communication with other users as your comments will need to be reviewed by a moderator.

Beyond the platform itself BTCjam engages with the community with its Facebook, Blog (blog.btcjam.com), and Twitter profiles. Feel free to follow up and keep up-to-date with all things BTCjam.
